PepsiCo commissioned us to create an animation celebrating the culture, food, landmarks, and energy of Washington DC, all through the lens of a refreshing Pepsi.

The piece combines composition and motion using After Effects and cel animation, with close attention to Pepsi’s packaging system, from the classic can to the crystal bottle. Light, reflections, and material details were carefully crafted to evoke the tactile experience of holding a Pepsi.

Dynamic, playful typography was integrated into the animation, with letters shifting in scale and rhythm to enhance the sense of movement and freshness. The result is a vibrant visual journey that blends place, brand, and motion.
